Elisa Seitzinger is a Turin-based illustrator, visual artist, and professor of morphology and form dynamics at the European Institute of Design. She studied illustration and art history in Florence, Atlanta, Nice, and London, and her work draws from the visual codes of classical sacred art, Byzantine mosaics, Russian icons, and medieval courtly painting. Her approach begins with ink drawing and prioritizes a flat, two-dimensional stillness that carries strong symbolic weight.
